If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at PRINT STATUS, you may return the custom goods for a full refund. Unfortunately returns may not be made for spelling errors as all paper products goes through a customer final approval.

Whether paper or apparel products, all we ask is that you notify PRINT STATUS before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. PRINT STATUS must be notified no later than 10 days from the date you have received your order.
Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
