APPAREL PRINTING

Q1. What is the minimum amount I have to order?

A. For apparel printing, you can order as few as 1 shirt as we have a vinyl transfer application available. If you are looking specifically for screen printed material, we have a minimum order of 6 shirts.

Q2. Can I get help with designing my shirt?

A. Of course! If you need a custom layout for your shirt, our team of professionals will be glad to help and assist you with any questions you may have with our product designer. If you are not computer savy and need a custom design from scratch and would like to bypass our product designer, we would be happy to produce your design for you. We only require a minimum bulk order of 12pcs. The necessary information and photos needed to produce the shirt are all we ask for. Please note logo design and branding in general are not included in this offer. If you are looking for our personal assistance on those particular applications, please take a look at our prices that are available here.

Q3. Do I get a sample or proof before my order is printed?

A. With our product designer you can do a total review of your design before placing your order and will act as your proof. We have included tools to let you know how good your image quality is, as well as layers that indicate the size of your images. Rest assure we will do our very best in making sure everything looks fine on our end. We simply ask you check for spelling errors and if any omissions.

For extra piece of mind, we will reach out and ask if you would like a printed sample sent before production for shirt orders of 100pcs. and over. For orders under 100pcs. you can still request a printed sample for a $50 non-refundable fee. Simply leave a message during the checkout process. Please note job delays will occur with printed samples. We will try our very best to make sure the proper approval is in place but please acknowledge any delays in receiving timely responses back may cause your job to be delayed even further. Likewise, if you wish to forgo the printed sample, it may accelerate delivery of your goods.

Q4. How many colors can you screen print? 

A. We can screen print up to 6 colors but for our online ordering we have limited it to 2 colors. Over 90% of all our screen printing jobs are 1-2 colors. To possibly delay or have longer turnaround times due to accepting those jobs and their longer setup times, we felt were not in our customer's best interest.

 

ORDERING

Q1. Can I change/cancel an order?

A. You can change any aspect of your order or even cancel it while the order status is still "pending". Once your status changes to "production", your job is already in the process of printing. During that point it will be too late to make any additional changes. Please note all changes must be documented in email. Order changes may also result in order delays.

Q2. I have not received an order confirmation?

A. Call us right away! Order confirmations are automated and should be received maybe a minute or two after you have placed your order. We understand customers want to receive their products asap so please contact us right away.

Q1. What countries do you ship to?

A. At the moment, we only ship to addresses in the continental US.

Q2. What payment options are available?

A. We accept credit card and paypal for our online customers. We accept cash, credit card, and check for our local walk-in customers as well as pre-approved companies with net terms.

Q3. There is something wrong with my order, how can I return an item?

A. For paper printing, if the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at NutechPrintandApparel.com, you may return the custom goods for a full refund. Unfortunately returns may not be made for spelling errors as all paper products go through a customer final approval. For apparel printing, if the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at NutechPrintandApparel.com or if the goods have flaws; you may return the custom goods for a full refund. Unfortunately returns may not be made for goods that are flawless but the incorrect size was ordered. Please review shirt specs to make sure you see the accurate measurements as well as our personal opinion of how the shirt fits. Whether paper or apparel products, all we ask is that you notify Nutech Print and Apparel by filling out our product returns form here. We will make sure the proper authorized person will get back to you asap. Nutech Print and Apparel must be notified no later than 10 days from the date you have received your order.
